David Stowe, CFA
Director

Mr. Stowe works with clients on risk management issues related to hedging, FAS133 compliance, and implementation of risk management systems. Additionally, David has experience in a wide array of general treasury initiatives, including: process improvement, cash management, forecasting, and working capital issues within North American and international cash management structures.
David was employed at the Federal Reserve Bank in Atlanta as a financial analyst with a focus on macroeconomics and financial engineering research. He has co-published articles on financial topics in the Federal Reserve Bank’s national publication, Economic Review. He has worked with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets as a quantitative analyst, acting as a liaison between research, trading and sales. David was also the Treasury Manager for the Atlanta-based company The Home Depot in both domestic and international activity. As the former Director and Assistant Treasurer of Cash Management at Delta Air Lines, he was also responsible for financial risk management. David also served as the Chief Financial Officer of the Atlanta Silverbacks, a professional soccer franchise.
David received his undergraduate degree from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School, and his graduate degree in Finance at Georgia State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst, and has held series 7, series 3 and series 63 securities licenses. David’s writings on treasury and financial risk topics may be seen in various publications, and he may be heard speaking at various professional organizations.
