If the new normal is an environment of unpredictable events happening in new combinations, it requires a proper technology stack and the right team. This session will give examples and guidance on building a team that can handle dynamic and panic-inducing situations flexibly. Responding quickly to threats that don't look anything like the past requires both flexibility and resiliency, and this is achieved, in part, by working through unfamiliar situations and scenarios and building the intellectual infrastructure that is capable of handling these types of emergent threats. Establishing appropriate goals and making systematic and significant progress on all of your preparation activities (visibility, analysis and intelligence networks) during the relatively calm times is vital. John Tus, Treasurer of Honeywell, Dennis Sweeney, Deputy Treasurer of GE and Strategic Treasurer's Managing Partner, Craig Jeffery, will help you prepare the team and skillset you will need to tackle the new normal.
